"The pool was not opened it was an outdoor pool. I also booked a double bedroom and they didn't have any available. The place was not clean no soaps or anything. Will never stay there again"

"Room was small but overall hotel was pretty cool. Great location, bed was ok but annoyed it was tough to get a cup of coffee in the morning and the espresso machine was down apparently….. would expect better from this hotel to get it fixed quickly or buy another one"

"Well maintained, friendly and efficient staff, best hotel mattress I've experienced in years. Two elevators for a shorter wait. Pool was being renovated, so unavailable during my stay."

"Although recently reported as renovated, the work to do so was quite poor in my opinion. My TV only worked every 10 minutes and was quite old. Bathroom mirror light did not work, no bath fan. The room furnishings were outdated. My door to the hall did not fit the opening very well and you could see through to the hallway from the room. Very unpleasant odors from time to time. On the other hand the location is very good, staff was nice, breakfast was decent, and the price was reasonable. Such a shame because the area is great and the opportunity for this hotel thrive is very good. Not sure I would stay there again."
